Most Policyholders have fewer than one major loss to their insured property in the normal lifetime. When major losses do occur it is often a shocking, stressful and overwhelming event.
You are charged with understanding a process that include thousands of claim details, inspections, what it will take to restore your real property, forms to complete... all while trying to juggle the needs of your living situation and business operations. You are required to preform all of these conditions, while likely under emotional distress over the reality of being displace from your home...which maybe completely destroyed. This experience is painfully common after a major loss.
Most of us have thought that Insurance Claim Representatives and their appointed Independent Claim Adjusters are looking out for us as their Policyholders. When in fact their Insurance Company's financial interest is their primary responsibility. These Insurance Company individuals work product and claim payments are governed by the Insurance Companies they work for and represent. They hopefully are nice people, but make no mistake they do not work for You, the Policyholder.

After we mutually sign a Service Contract, which is approved by Your State, we let the Insurance Company know that you have hired Professional to represent you and assist you with your loss. You now have a Claim Adjuster who works for YOU, the Policyholder. We are called "Public Adjusters", because we work for the Public and not the Insurance Companies.
We immediately get started by requesting a certified copy of your policy. Upon receipt, we review the limits and coverages applicable to your unique loss and claim.
We work with you to detail, catalogue and value and the loss related to your Policy Coverages.
We prepare claims submissions that accurately reflect the scope and value of your loss.
